This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

In preparation for this post, I looked up "love" on my Bible App. It is incredible how many times "love" is referenced in the Bible. Over and over, God commands us to love one another. His Word explains how He is love and how if we cannot love one another than we don't truly love Him. His command to love one another is so simple, yet so many people struggle with it. I have been struggling with it a lot lately and my heart has been so heavy over some not so ideal situations that I have been dealing with. Then I realized, God didn't command us to fix everything or understand everything. He commanded us to love UNCONDITIONALLY! Not because the circumstances are ideal. Not because you are loved in return. Not because someone is loveable. Just to love one another, as He has loved us. So, that's my goal. I'm going to let go of the stress of trying to understand why things are the way they are, stop trying to figure people and situations out... And just love.
